Who We Are
We were founded by Award
Winning Cake Designer, Elizabeth
Miller, who brings her artistic
background to life with her
dramatic baked creations.
Liz started baking as a very young
child and never stopped, however
she never thought her passion
would turn into her career. After
college she became a teacher for
various middle schools throughout
Riverside County. After ten years,
she needed a change, so she took
some professional baking and
decorating courses. Within a few
years, she was asked to teach the
classes.
Now some years later, Liz has
helped others find their hidden
passion. Additionally, she turned
her hobby into a thriving
business, opening Old Town Cake
Company in late 2006. Liz has
won multiple awards for her cake
design in both the professional
wedding and sculpted cake
divisions. You can see (and taste)
her dedication in every cake that
she creates!

We are not an assembly line;
rather we custom create each
cake to the exact specifications of
our individual client. No two
cakes are ever the same, but we
are happy to look at any sketches
or photos that you may have so
that we can get a sense of what
